 Volunteers Needed! We are presently seeking big-hearted and motivated volunteers willing to put themselves up for the task of assisting us in putting on this event. Whether you would like to help in the planning/organizing, pre-race preperation or on race day, we're confident we can find a job for you. If you, your friends or your group would like to volunteer; all we need is to hear from you. Please contact us at wildwoods@gvtel.com or via our contact page. Volunteers will recieve a T-shirt, our undying love and affection and maybe even some free food! VOLUNTEER TASKS/DUTIES: - Marking race course - Thursday / Friday
- Setting up Start/Finish area - Friday PM & Saturday AM
- Assisting with pre-race registration & packet distribution - Saturday AM
- Setting up & manning aid stations
- Supervising road crossings (Wilderness Drive)
- Timing & recording race finishers (Race times, Bib numbers, etc...)
- Shuttling supplies & gear to aid stations throughout race day
- Assisting with post-race awards & festivities
- Post-race clean-up & course marking removal - Saturday PM
- Displaying a bright smile and encouraging attitude to all event participants
